Before the Conference
Connect to the Whova App: New this year, the Whova app will be your go-to source for everything WIGCOT 2025. Whova will contain details like the conference agenda, session descriptions, programming times and locations, sponsor and exhibitor information, community discussion boards and more. All attendees are encouraged to use Whova to make your experience as seamless as possible. Anticipate an email the week before the conference from Whova inviting you to join the WIGCOT page.
Agenda: Review the conference agenda to learn about breakout session options, main stage programming, fun events and optional outdoor recreation activities. You can also build your own customized agenda using the Whova app.
Spring Ahead: Sunday, March 9, is the start of Daylight Saving Time. Remember to set your clocks so you don’t miss a minute of WIGCOT.
Book Your Stay: Join us at our official conference host hotel. Newly released rooms are available at the Radisson. Rates range from $169 (king) and $189 (double queen). Outdoor Fun: Plan now to infuse outdoor fun into your WIGCOT experience! The Office of Outdoor Recreation is arranging a trio of optional excursions, including a Field Trip to tour ORA Trails on Sunday, a Sunrise Run/Walk on Monday morning and Pizza and a Premiere on Monday evening. Register and arrive early for the Field Trip, pack your running shoes for the walk, and get your tickets for the Pizza and a Premiere before they’re gone! See the agenda for more details.
What to Wear:
Sunday Opening Reception — Casual or embrace The Great Outdoors with flannel, camo, bibs and boots (see image below for inspiration).
Monday Sessions — Business casual
Tuesday Sessions — Represent your organization by donning logo wear
Tuesday Tourism Awards Celebration Dinner — Wear your best denim, diamonds or both! This could mean anything from sparkling cocktail attire, a full denim tuxedo or any variation therein (see image below for inspiration).
During the Conference
Parking: Parking is available in two ramps (La Crosse Center Ramp and Riverside Ramp) adjacent to the La Crosse Center. The fee to park is $1 per hour with a maximum rate of $8 per day. Learn more about parking.
Registration: The registration desk is located at the La Crosse Center Lobby. Please check in when you arrive to pick up your name badge. Your name badge is your ticket to all meals, sessions and events. You only need to check in once, but you are welcome to stop back any time with questions. Registration hours are:
- Sunday, March 9 — 2:30-7 p.m.
- Monday, March 10 — 7 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
- Tuesday, March 11 — 7:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m.
